# See how Vendwiser runs an Allegro shop from a conversation

Vendwiser connects your Allegro seller account to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client. One account covers Poland and the other Allegro countries you sell in (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary), each with its own price and currency. You connect by confirming on allegro.pl; no password is typed in Vendwiser. Below are five tasks, step by step.

## 1. See one offer in every country and change the price in one of them

An Allegro offer has a base country and its own price in each other country, in that country's currency. You change one without touching the others.

## 2. Answer a buyer's message

Messages, disputes and claims arrive in one list. You approve the exact text before it goes out through Allegro.

## 3. Decide a claim before its deadline

A claim (reklamacja) needs a formal decision by a date. Vendwiser shows what the buyer asks for and sends your decision with your message.

## 4. See what has to ship and send the tracking number

You ship with your own courier. Vendwiser adds the tracking number and marks the order as sent, so Allegro can follow the parcel.

## 5. Enter an offer in an AlleDiscount campaign

Allegro says which offers may enter a campaign and the highest price it accepts. A price above it is stopped before anything is sent.

## How to connect Allegro in four steps

1. **Create a free Vendwiser account.** No card needed. The free plan has 15 tool calls a month.
2. **Connect Allegro.** Register an app of type "device" on apps.developer.allegro.pl and copy its Client ID and Client Secret. In Vendwiser, under Integrations, choose Allegro, enter the two values and press Connect: a tab opens on allegro.pl, you sign in and confirm. Your Allegro password is never typed in Vendwiser, and you can withdraw the permission in Allegro at any time.
3. **Add Vendwiser to your AI assistant.** In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, sign in and allow access.
4. **Ask, then approve.** Reading is immediate. Every change comes back as a preview and is applied only after you approve it in the conversation.

## Questions

**Is the data on this page real?**
No. Everything shown comes from Northwind Sleep, a fictional demo shop. On your account you see your own offers, orders and conversations.

**Which Allegro countries are covered?**
One Allegro account covers its base country (Poland for allegro.pl) and the other countries the account sells in: Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Each country has its own price, in its own currency, and Vendwiser shows where an offer is on sale and where Allegro refused it, with the reason.

**Do I give Vendwiser my Allegro password?**
No. You confirm the connection on allegro.pl. Vendwiser receives a permission it renews by itself; Allegro ends it after 3 months without use, and you can withdraw it in Allegro whenever you want.

**Can the assistant change my shop without asking me?**
No. Every change is first simulated and shown with old and new values. It reaches Allegro only after you approve it in the conversation, and protection rules can still block it.

**Are prices with VAT?**
Yes. Prices on Allegro include VAT: PLN in Poland, CZK in Czechia, EUR in Slovakia, HUF in Hungary.

**What happens when I set the stock to 0?**
Allegro has no offer on sale with stock 0, so the offer is ended instead, and Vendwiser tells you so before you approve. You put it back on sale when the stock returns.

**What can't Vendwiser do on Allegro?**
Changing an offer's parameters, listing a product that is not yet in Allegro's catalogue, Allegro Ads and removing an attached invoice stay in Allegro. A new offer is created as a draft for a product Allegro already has, found by its EAN. Oblio invoices built from an order work only for orders in RON, so not for Allegro orders; an invoice PDF issued in Oblio can still be attached to an Allegro order.

**What does it cost?**
There is a free plan with 15 calls a month. Paid plans start at EUR 49 a month, VAT excluded.
