Add your eMAG account to ChatGPT

ChatGPT can work in your eMAG Marketplace seller account through Vendwiser, a connector you add once. Setup takes a few minutes. After that you ask in plain words and approve every change in the conversation.

Four steps

Create a free Vendwiser account and connect eMAGNo card needed. Under Integrations, enter your eMAG API user and password, and add the Vendwiser IP address to the allowlist in Seller Center.
Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPTIn ChatGPT open Settings, then Apps & Connectors, then Advanced settings, and switch on Developer mode.
Create the appUnder Apps & Connectors choose Create. Name: Vendwiser. MCP server URL: https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp. Authentication: OAuth. Confirm that you trust the application.
Sign in and askChatGPT sends you to Vendwiser to sign in and allow access. Then, in a new chat, switch Vendwiser on from the tools menu and ask your first question.

1. Find late orders and prepare the shipping label (AWB)

Which ChatGPT plans can add a custom connector?

Custom connectors are added in Developer mode, which ChatGPT offers on its paid plans; in a Business or Enterprise workspace an admin may have to allow them first. OpenAI changes this from time to time, so check the current ChatGPT help pages.

Where does Vendwiser appear in ChatGPT?

After you create the app it is listed under Settings, Apps & Connectors. In a conversation you switch it on from the tools menu next to the message box.

Can ChatGPT change my prices without me knowing?

No. Every change is simulated first and reaches eMAG only after you approve it in the conversation.

Do I need API access to eMAG?

Yes. You need an API user from Seller Center, and you add the fixed IP address of Vendwiser to the list of allowed IPs.

What does it cost?

There is a free plan with 15 calls a month. Paid plans start at EUR 49 a month, VAT excluded.
