# See how Vendwiser runs an eMAG shop from a conversation

Vendwiser connects your eMAG Marketplace Romania seller account to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client. Below are five everyday tasks, step by step: what you ask, which Vendwiser tool runs, what comes back, the change it proposes, and the approval that applies it.

## 1. Find late orders and prepare the shipping label (AWB)

Every morning: which orders are past the handover deadline, and get the AWB ready without opening Seller Center.

## 2. Win back the buy button with a price change

See which offers lost the buy button and by how much, then change a price. Protection rules stop risky drops.

**Blocked:** Refused by a protection rule: that is a drop of about 30%, above the 15% maximum per change. Nothing was queued.

## 3. Understand a rejected offer and switch it off

Get eMAG's validation messages in plain words and pause the offer until you fix it.

## How to connect eMAG in four steps

1. **Create a free Vendwiser account.** No card needed. The free plan has 15 tool calls a month.
2. **Connect eMAG.** In Vendwiser, under Integrations, enter your eMAG API user and password and add the Vendwiser IP address to your eMAG allowlist.

## Questions

**Is the data on this page real?**
No. Everything shown comes from Northwind Sleep, a fictional demo shop. On your account you see your own orders, offers and prices.

**Can the assistant change my shop without asking me?**
No. Every change is first simulated and shown with old and new values. It reaches eMAG only after you reply with the approval phrase, and protection rules can still block it.

**Which eMAG countries are covered?**
eMAG Romania. eMAG Bulgaria and Hungary are planned.

**What can't Vendwiser do on eMAG?**
Return decisions and editing product characteristics or images stay in Seller Center. Vendwiser shows you what eMAG rejected, so you know what to fix.

**Which AI assistants work?**
Claude and ChatGPT are verified. Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth can connect.

**What does it cost?**
There is a free plan with 15 calls a month. Paid plans start at EUR 49 a month, VAT excluded.
