# See how Vendwiser runs a Kaufland shop from a conversation

Vendwiser connects your Kaufland Global Marketplace seller account to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client. It works in Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands; each country is connected as its own account, with the same pair of API keys. Below are five tasks, step by step.

## 1. See who holds the Buy Box and answer with a price

Every offer on the same product page, ranked as Kaufland ranks them, then a price change you approve.

## 2. Answer a buyer's ticket

Tickets are private conversations with a buyer about an order. You read them, approve the reply, and it goes out through Kaufland.

## 3. Run a discount voucher

A voucher is a discount the buyer sees on the product page, paid by you. The preview shows the price each product would have.

## 4. Find offers that are not live and fix the stock

Kaufland says why an offer is not shown to buyers. Stock is shared between countries that use the same offer code.

## How to connect Kaufland in four steps

1. **Create a free Vendwiser account.** No card needed. The free plan has 15 tool calls a month.
2. **Connect Kaufland.** In Vendwiser, under Integrations, choose Kaufland and the country, then enter the Client key and Secret key from the API settings of the Kaufland Seller Portal. No IP address is needed. Each country is connected separately, with the same keys.
3. **Add Vendwiser to your AI assistant.** In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, sign in and allow access.
4. **Ask, then approve.** Reading is immediate. Every change comes back as a preview and is applied only after you approve it in the conversation.

## Questions

**Is the data on this page real?**
No. Everything shown comes from Northwind Sleep, a fictional demo shop. On your account you see your own offers, orders and tickets.

**Which Kaufland countries are covered?**
Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Each country is a separate account in Vendwiser, connected with the same Client key and Secret key.

**How many Kaufland countries can I connect?**
Free, Starter and Pro include one account per marketplace, so one Kaufland country. Scale allows up to 9, which is all of them.

**Can the assistant change my shop without asking me?**
No. Every change is first simulated and shown with old and new values. It reaches Kaufland only after you approve it in the conversation, and protection rules can still block it.

**Are prices with VAT?**
Yes. Prices on Kaufland include VAT and are in the currency of the country: EUR, PLN in Poland, CZK in Czechia.

**Do I have to translate my products for each country?**
No. You send the product data once and Kaufland translates the product page for its other countries. Vendwiser creates one offer per country, each with its own price.

**What can't Vendwiser do on Kaufland?**
Linking sizes of one product as variants, Kaufland's own shipping labels, CSV imports and manufacturer contact data stay in the Kaufland Seller Portal. Oblio invoices built from an order work only for orders in RON, so not for Kaufland orders.

**What does it cost?**
There is a free plan with 15 calls a month. Paid plans start at EUR 49 a month, VAT excluded.
