# See how Vendwiser issues Oblio invoices from a conversation

Vendwiser connects your Oblio invoicing account to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client, next to your eMAG and Trendyol accounts. Invoices built from a marketplace order work for orders in RON: eMAG Romania and Trendyol Romania. Below are five tasks, step by step.

## 1. Invoice an eMAG order and attach it

The buyer, products, shipping and voucher come from the order itself, so nothing is retyped.

**You:** Issue the Oblio invoice for eMAG order 700106 and attach it to the order.

**Done:** Invoice NW 0042 is issued in Oblio and its PDF is attached to the order on eMAG. Vendwiser does not send it to e-Factura (SPV).

## 2. Invoice a Trendyol Romania order (RON)

The same for Trendyol Romania. Orders in other currencies are refused.

**You:** Prepare the Oblio invoice for Trendyol order 10293911.

## 3. Check recent invoices

Which invoices went out, which are collected, and the PDF link of each.

## 4. Cancel an invoice

When an order was cancelled after invoicing, cancel the document with one approved step.

## 5. Issue a proforma for a business client

Manual documents work too: an invoice or a proforma, with the series you choose.

## How to connect Oblio in four steps

1. **Create a free Vendwiser account.** No card needed. The free plan has 15 tool calls a month.
2. **Connect Oblio.** In Vendwiser, under Integrations, enter your Oblio account email and API secret (Oblio: Setari, Date generale, Date Cont (Settings, General data, Account data)).
3. **Add Vendwiser to your AI assistant.** In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, sign in and allow access.
4. **Ask, then approve.** Reading is immediate. Every document comes back as a preview and is issued only after you approve it in the conversation.

## Questions

**Is the data on this page real?**
No. It is example data for Northwind Sleep, a fictional demo shop.

**Which orders can be invoiced automatically?**
Orders in RON: eMAG Romania and Trendyol Romania. The invoice is refused if the order is already invoiced on the marketplace or in Oblio.

**Does Vendwiser send invoices to e-Factura (SPV)?**
No. Vendwiser issues the invoice in Oblio; it does not send it to SPV and does not read or change your e-Factura setting in Oblio.

**Can the assistant issue an invoice without asking me?**
No. Every invoice, proforma or cancellation is first shown as a preview and is carried out only after you approve it in the conversation.

**What buyer data does the assistant see?**
The buyer's name and city. Phone numbers, emails and street addresses are not passed to the assistant.

**What does it cost?**
There is a free plan with 15 calls a month. Paid plans start at EUR 49 a month, VAT excluded.
