# See how Vendwiser runs a Temu shop from a conversation

Vendwiser connects your Temu seller account (the EU local-to-local programme: you ship from your own warehouse) to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client. Each Temu site is a separate shop that you connect on its own. Below are five everyday tasks, step by step.

## 1. Answer Temu's price requests

Temu proposes base prices all day long. See the ones waiting for you, compare with what you earn elsewhere, and accept, refuse or counter.

## 2. Ship within 48 hours

## 3. Fill in GPSR compliance before Temu suspends the listing

Since December 2024 every product needs a manufacturer and an EU responsible person. See which products are missing them and fill them in from the shop's own data.

## 4. Check a listing before Temu rejects it

Temu refuses medical claims, other brands' names and codes already used in the shop. Check first, then send the product with the fields Temu wants.

## 5. Keep Temu ads under control

Temu's own ads bid on your products inside the app. Read what they return and change the budget with a proposal you approve.

## How to connect Temu in four steps

1. **Create a free Vendwiser account.** No card needed. The free plan has 15 tool calls a month.
2. **Connect Temu.** On partner-eu.temu.com create a self-developed app linked to your Seller Center and copy its access token (Vendwiser shows the exact clicks). In Vendwiser, under Integrations, choose Temu and the site, paste the token. Each Temu site is a separate shop, connected on its own.
3. **Add Vendwiser to your AI assistant.** In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, sign in and allow access.
4. **Ask, then approve.** Reading is immediate. Every change comes back as a preview and is applied only after you approve it in the conversation.

## Questions

**Is the data on this page real?**
No. Everything shown comes from Northwind Sleep, a fictional demo shop. On your account you see your own products, orders and price requests.

**Which Temu sites are covered?**
The EU local-to-local sites: Romania, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Czechia and Greece. Each site is a separate shop in Vendwiser, connected with its own access token.

**What is a Temu base price?**
The amount Temu pays you for a sale, net of VAT and with no commission deducted. Temu sets the price the shopper sees on top of it. Vendwiser always shows base prices as such and never compares them with another marketplace's shelf price without saying so.

**Can the assistant change my shop without asking me?**
No. Every change is first simulated and shown with old and new values. It reaches Temu only after you approve it in the conversation, and protection rules can still block it, for example a price under your cost floor.

**Does Vendwiser see my buyers' addresses?**
Only to make a courier label for that order, and the address is never shown in the conversation. Everything else about orders is shown with the buyer reduced to a name and a city.

**What about GPSR and the EU responsible person?**
Vendwiser reads the compliance fields Temu requires, shows what is missing and fills them in from the data you approve. If your company is in the EU, it is usually its own responsible person.

**What can't Vendwiser do on Temu?**
Opening a Temu seller account, Temu's own fully managed shipping, and payouts to your bank stay in Temu Seller Center. Oblio invoices built from an order work only for orders in RON, so for Temu Romania.

**What does it cost?**
There is a free plan with 15 calls a month. Paid plans start at EUR 49 a month, VAT excluded.
