# See how Vendwiser runs a Trendyol shop from a conversation

Vendwiser connects your Trendyol seller account in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia or Germany to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client. Each country is a separate storefront that you connect on its own. Below are five everyday tasks, step by step.

## 1. Answer customer questions

## 2. Fix a product page

Read a product page, see which attributes are empty, and change the description and attributes in one approved step.

## 3. Check payouts and commissions

Money movements exactly as Trendyol books them, without opening the finance screens.

## How to connect Trendyol in four steps

1. **Create a free Vendwiser account.** No card needed. The free plan has 15 tool calls a month.
2. **Connect a Trendyol storefront.** In Vendwiser, under Integrations, choose Trendyol and the country, then enter the Seller ID, API key and API secret from the Trendyol panel (Account details, Integration information). No IP address is needed.
3. **Add Vendwiser to your AI assistant.** In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, sign in and allow access.
4. **Ask, then approve.** Reading is immediate. Every change comes back as a preview and is applied only after you approve it in the conversation.

## Questions

**Is the data on this page real?**
No. It is example data for Northwind Sleep, a fictional demo shop. On your account you see your own products, orders and payouts.

**Which Trendyol countries are covered?**
Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia and Germany. Each country is a separate storefront that you connect on its own.

**How many Trendyol countries can I connect?**
Each country is one marketplace account. Free, Starter and Pro include one account per marketplace; Scale includes up to nine per marketplace, which covers every Trendyol country.

**What is not available on Trendyol?**
Shipping labels (AWB) and campaigns are not available on Trendyol through Vendwiser, in any country. They stay in the Trendyol panel.

**Are prices with VAT?**
Yes. Trendyol prices include VAT (eMAG prices exclude it). Comparing prices between accounts does not convert currencies or remove VAT.

**Can I invoice Trendyol orders in Oblio?**
Yes, for orders in RON (Trendyol Romania). For other countries, invoice as you do today.
