# Vendwiser

> Vendwiser is an MCP connector that lets a seller work in their eMAG Marketplace, Trendyol, Temu, Kaufland, Allegro, Amazon, Vivre and Altex seller accounts, their Oblio invoicing, their Odoo Online company system and their Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads accounts from an AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT). Reading is immediate. Every change (price, stock, product content, order status, invoice, shipping label, campaign entry, return decision, answer to a customer question) is first simulated and is carried out only after the seller approves it in the conversation.

- Works today with: eMAG Marketplace (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary), Trendyol (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany), Temu (Romania, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Greece; sellers who ship their own orders), Kaufland Global Marketplace (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands), Allegro (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary from one account), Amazon (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Ireland, United Kingdom, Türkiye; one Seller Central sign-in, each marketplace a separate account), Vivre (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Moldova), Altex Marketplace (Romania), Oblio (Romanian invoicing), Odoo Online (company system, reading only), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube). Planned: eBay.
- Each Trendyol country is a separate marketplace account, connected with Seller ID, API key and API secret (no IP allowlist). Free, Starter and Pro include one account per marketplace; Scale up to nine.
- Each Kaufland country is a separate marketplace account, connected with the Client key and Secret key (no IP allowlist). On Kaufland: offers with buy-box rank and competitors, price, stock, status, handling time and shipping group changes, new products in several countries at once, orders (confirm, mark shipped with tracking, cancel, refund), invoice files on orders, buyer tickets, returns, discount vouchers, reports, instant notifications. Prices include VAT.
- On Trendyol: offers, product content (title, description, attributes), new products, price, stock and status changes, orders (acknowledge, split, cancel items), attaching invoices, returns (accept or refuse), customer questions, finance transactions, catalog, buy-button and unshipped-order reports. eMAG only: shipping labels (AWB), campaigns, VAT and handling-time lists, courier accounts.
- On Temu: each site is a separate account connected with the Partner API credentials. Products and variants, what holds a listing back, base prices (what the seller is paid, net of VAT and without commission), Temu's price requests and recommendations compared with another marketplace on the same basis, stock, orders, parcels and labels, cancellations and returns, campaigns, Temu ads, GPSR compliance data.
- On Vivre: each country is a separate account connected with the API user and password. Products with their characteristics, prices (VAT included), stock, status and handling time, orders (acknowledge, cancel, mark shipped with AWB, finalize), invoices on orders, returns, copying a whole catalogue from eMAG and hiding the products the source no longer has.
- On Amazon: each marketplace is a separate account, authorised once on Seller Central (Login with Amazon; no key typed). Offers = seller SKUs on their ASINs with the Buy Box and competitors, prices (VAT included), stock (seller-fulfilled and FBA), handling time, listing data against the product type schema, new products or offers on existing ASINs, restrictions and fee estimates, orders (ship with own courier or buy an Amazon Buy Shipping label, cancel, refund, VAT invoice upload, messages to buyers), returns, financial events and payouts, reports.
- On Altex: offers with price, price limits, stock and status (prices exclude VAT), orders and acknowledgement, returns, courier accounts.
- Odoo Online: sales orders, deliveries, purchase orders with their PDF, and matching marketplace orders with Odoo. Reading only.
- Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads: campaigns, ad sets or ad groups, ads, keywords and search terms (Google), reports, wasted spend, creative fatigue, audiences, placements, catalogs, pixels and conversions, budget plans. Budget, status, new campaigns and ads change only with the seller's approval.
- Prices: eMAG and Altex prices exclude VAT; Trendyol, Kaufland, Allegro, Amazon and Vivre prices include VAT; Temu base prices are net of VAT and commission. Every price says which. Price comparison between accounts puts both sides without VAT and, when a commission is given, after it; currencies are not converted. Oblio invoices from an order: RON orders only (eMAG Romania, Trendyol Romania).
- Scheduled checks (agents), reported in the app and by email: unshipped orders, rejected offers, lost buy button, open campaigns (eMAG), orders without an invoice, customer questions waiting for an answer (Trendyol), returns waiting for a decision (Trendyol), connection health.
- AI clients verified: Claude, ChatGPT.
- Pricing: Free plan with 15 tool calls a month; paid plans from EUR 49 a month (150 calls), EUR 99 (600 calls), EUR 199 (3,000 calls), VAT excluded.

- One Allegro account covers its base country and the other Allegro countries it sells in, each with its own price and currency (VAT included). The seller registers an own Allegro app of type device, enters its Client ID and Client Secret and confirms on allegro.pl. On Allegro: offers per country with refusal reasons, price, stock (stock 0 ends the offer), status, handling time, shipping rates, content, draft offers by EAN, orders (mark in progress, mark shipped with tracking, cancel, refund), invoice files on orders, returns, buyer messages, disputes and claims, billing entries, sales quality, campaigns. Not available: offer parameters, Allegro Ads, instant notifications.
- Vendwiser is an independent product and is not affiliated with Allegro, Altex, Amazon, eMAG, Google, Kaufland, Meta, Odoo, Oblio, Shopify, Temu, TikTok, Trendyol or Vivre.

## What a seller can ask

- Which open orders are past their handover deadline?
- Which offers were rejected, and why?
- Which products lost the buy button?
- Change a price or a stock level (with a preview and approval).
- Issue the Oblio invoice for an eMAG order and attach it to the order.
- Prepare the shipping label (AWB) for an eMAG order.
- Which Trendyol customer questions are waiting for an answer? Draft the replies.
- How much did Trendyol pay me in the last two weeks?
- Fix the description of product X on Trendyol.
- Compare Temu's recommended base prices with what the same products earn on eMAG after commission.
- Copy my eMAG catalogue to Vivre and hide what eMAG no longer sells.
- Which Meta ad sets wasted money last week, and which creatives are tired?
- Which Google Ads search terms should become negatives?
- Match yesterday's marketplace orders with the deliveries in Odoo.
